The project was a renovation task of the Rakesh Bumzai house. The colonial era style house, has a lovely cloister-style courtyard and garden. The dilapidated building has been refurbished in earthy tone finishes.

A modern patterned tiling is used in juxtaposition with the rustic tilled roof. The building is intended to stand out against the landscape, which serves as a threshold.

A diamond patterned paving landscape designed to compliment the style of the house with a contemporary look.
